Last Day

Eek! It's my last day for a while at esyringe. Things are really going to start changing.

The company can run without me (not that I'd like to admit that), but my expertise is appreciated, I'm sure. So I'll try to do as much as possible while earning my MBA.

There really isn't any escape from the job, though. Not when it's a family business and you care so much about it.

Well, this is life at esyringe.

It's so difficult to gain knowledge outside of work. I constantly find myself wanting to know more about the different topics that interest me. But I also consistently find myself doing brainless and menial tasks, just doing the things that have to get done before anything extra is possible.

There doesn't seem to be enough room in my brain or enough time in the week to learn what I want.

I'll be going back to school for my Masters of Business Administration soon. Which means that soon I will be dying to cram as much information in my brain as possible. And the family business will be one family member short for a while. I'll be working remotely on the things that I can, but it will be different, that's for sure.

This is life at esyringe.
